Ana Paula (42) and Mariana (25) follow parallel paths as prison officers, far from their roots and emotional ties. While Mariana dreams of a transfer that will boost her career and adult life, Ana Paula longs to return to São Paulo and live in the metropolis. The exhausting days inside the prison units make decisions increasingly difficult in the search for a future.
